USA Fencing’s Leadership Academy is a cornerstone for cultivating leadership within the fencing community. The year-long program offers a comprehensive exploration of the sport’s governance, management and operational frameworks while providing educational and training opportunities for a select group of individuals who are ready to serve in leadership roles within the USA Fencing organization.
